Lynn brings more than 40 years of experience to the organization as a general contractor, real estate developer and licensed insurance adjuster. In the insurance industry, Lynn has provided adjusting and consulting services to more than 50 insurers nationwide including but not limited to Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, State Farm Insurance, Heritage Property & Casualty Insurance, United Property & Casualty Insurance.

Lynn’s unique knowledge of both residential and commercial construction — and extensive experience in what it takes to restore structures after a loss — allows Edwards Claims Consultants to assist insurers in making policyholders whole effectively and correctly. Insurers and property owners both benefit by having an accurate, complete assessment of their damages and what is required to get back to where they were prior to the subject loss event.

Lynn leads a group of equally qualified professionals, offering clients a team of highly skilled adjusters, appraisers and general loss repair consultants to aid in investigations and to assist in fair and equitable resolutions of residential and commercial property claims.

He also provides expert trial testimony, participating in more than 1,000 pre- and in-suit matters to help determine cause and origin, damage assessment and accurate repair cost estimation.

Licensed in Florida and Texas, Lynn is also a public speaker, lecturer and respected subject matter expert.
